Okahu Estate
The pioneer of the renaissance of wine making in
Northland, Monty Knight welcomes visitors to his
Cellar Door at Okahu Estate.
The winery produces two brands, "Okahu" and "Shipwreck
Bay". The Cellar Door is open all summer long
with free tasting of their award winning wines and a
selection of local arts, crafts and condiments.
Karikari Estate
Karikari Estate is New Zealands Northern most
winery and vineyard.
Visitors can enjoy award winning wines and exceptional
food whilst admiring the breath-taking vista of
Karikari Beach, Puwheke and North Cape. Karikari is a
place apart where the natural and human worlds mingle
in a feast of history. Come visit this truly unique
part of Northland.
Far North Wine Centre
Welcome to the Far North Wine Centre where we are
committed to helping people realise the quality, passion
and drive behind Northland wines.
We stock and taste wine brands ranging from Mangawhai
in the south to Karikari Peninsula and Kaitaia in the Far North.
Dedicated to supporting Northland, you will also find regional artists on exhibition.
Butterfish Bay
On Paewhenua Island, a north facing peninsula of red clay soils overlooking Mangonui Harbour and Village, the 13ha Butterfish Bay Wines vineyard is the focal point of a stunning coastal lifestyle development.
Chosen to suite the climate, the white varieties grown are Pinot Gris, Viognier, Arneis and red varieties Syrah, Carbernet Franc and Tannat.
First release 2008.
Fat Pig
Fat Pig Vineyard est 2003
Unique as the name suggests. Grapes grown are Syrah, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Sav-Blanc. Visit our Rustic Cellar Door for great wines unique to Kerikeri.

Longview Estate
The longest most established vineyard and winery in the north.
Owned by the Vuletich family since 1969. We grow and process our wines and sell mainly through the cellar door. We have gathered many awards over the years for our Syrah and Cabernet Savignon and Chardonnay. We make a very unique white wine here called White Diamond. Ask for it when visiting for a wine tasting. Once tasted never forgotten.
Sailfish Cove
Sailfish Cove is a small family owned boutique winery overlooking the Poor Knights Islands and merging into the famous marlin fishing waters of the Pacific Ocean.
The vineyard features steep carved terraces producing Bordeaux style reds and a range of delicious whites. Cellar door by appointment, luxury self contained accommodation on site, wedding ceremonies and special events.
Lochiel Estate
We are a small family owned boutique winery, offering hand crafted wines made from grapes grown on site.
We have Chardonnay, Merlot,Malbec, Syrah and Pinot Gris varieties growing in a beautiful valley surrounded by olive groves with a magnificent view to the Brynderwns.
